Recipes

My cooking style has definitely had to change since arriving in Switzerland.  There are a lot of ingredients I'm used to using that I can't find here, the oven seem to cook differently, and generally, things just don't go quite the way I'm used to :-).  And I'm constantly digging around for more recipes since we eat out a LOT less (translation: I cook a lot more!)  I'm also attempting to do more freezer/crockpot cooking (making up a handful of meals ahead of time that can go in the freezer, thawing them overnight, and then popping them in the crockpot in the morning).  As I have recipes worth sharing, I'll add them here...
